My desire to work in the area of women’s spiritual and physical health and wellness was centered around the fact that one, it is my life’s passion and two, I know first hand what it feels like to go through life’s challenges feeling like it is the end of the world and no end in site. 

After facing my own challenges such as divorce, loss of loved ones, financial set backs and more, I have learned that God’s mercy, and love can turn anyones life around for His glory. 

I discovered that God provides not only healing, and answers but He provides second chances and hope for the future to renew us into the best possible woman that He originally designed us to be. And that with Him there is not anything that we cannot overcome. Death of loved ones, divorce, betrayal, setbacks, to name a few, are not death sentences for any of us. With God they can be an opportunity for a new lease on life.

Additionally, for more than 25 years I sat on my God given gifts, talents and abilities not moving forward on the things that God placed on the inside of me. Due to fear, doubt, and lack of self-confidence I remained in a place where I allowed myself to not flourish in the areas that God intended for me to operate in.

Today I stand in a place where I have since decided to move forward on the things that the Lord has placed in my heart and assigned me to do, and accomplish in my lifetime for His glory. Thus far words cannot express how amazing the journey has been. And in all of this I am determined to inspire other women who are sitting on their God given gifts, talents and abilities to move forward in the things that God has assigned them to do.

I enjoy spending time with family and my daughter Naomi.  Really excited for her and watching God work in her life as she continues her journey in her last year of medical school to becoming a breast cancer surgeon.  Additionally, I love growing daily and learning more of God’s word through Reverend Cory Jones of my church home Tabernacle Baptist, as well as the Charles Stanley Institute that has also been a blessing as it enriches my life.
